  • 🔬 STEM at Little Giants Nursery

Nurturing curious thinkers from the start

At Little Giants, STEM isn’t just a set of activities — it’s a way of thinking. We blend the principles of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics with our Montessori approach to create hands-on, age-appropriate learning experiences that build curiosity, confidence, and problem-solving skills — starting from as young as 3 months.

    Babies (3–24 months): Sensory STEM

    • Gentle, exploratory play that introduces cause and effect

    • Tactile experiences with light, sound, water, and motion

    • Safe, sensory-rich environments that build early cognitive connections

    Toddlers (2–3 years): Early Exploration

    • Engaging with simple machines like pulleys, ramps, and levers

    • Fun science experiments like color mixing and floating/sinking

    • Age-appropriate tech: interactive apps and digital storytelling tools

    Preschoolers (3–5 years): Little Inventors

    • Intro to physics and chemistry through exciting, hands-on experiments

    • Early coding and robotics using Bee-Bots and unplugged coding games

    • Project-based learning in design, building, and investigation

  • At Little Giants, our STEM approach is about more than just science — it builds the essential life skills children need to succeed in school and beyond.
