Planning childcare

Nursery fees, funded hours, and childcare support

Childcare costs should be understandable before you make a decision. We will help you compare session options, funded entitlements, and the support your family may be able to use.

Fees shaped around the place you need

Fees depend on the attendance pattern, your child's age, and any funded entitlement you use. Rather than publish an illustration that may not match your circumstances, we provide current information for the sessions you are considering.

Ask us what is included, how invoices are structured, and whether any registration, deposit, meal, or consumable charges apply. We want you to understand the complete cost before accepting a place.

Government support

Funded childcare and Tax-Free Childcare

Government-funded childcare is available to many families, but eligibility and start dates depend on age and circumstances. Some working families may receive funded hours from the term after a child reaches the qualifying age, while all 3 and 4 year olds have a universal entitlement from the relevant term.

Tax-Free Childcare can also contribute toward eligible childcare costs. Use the official childcare support checker for current rules, then speak with us about how an entitlement can be applied to a Little Giants attendance plan.

Attendance that supports settling

A regular rhythm helps children belong

The existing nursery offer asks families to choose a regular minimum attendance pattern. Consistency helps children know the people, spaces, and routines well enough to feel secure and take part fully.

If your child needs a more individual approach, including for additional needs or a changing family situation, ask the team what can be planned. Availability and the child's wellbeing both guide the conversation.

Questions families ask

Useful answers before you visit

Every child and attendance plan is different. Bring the details that matter to you, and we will give you a clear answer.

Ask the nursery team
Does Little Giants accept funded childcare hours?

The nursery is a funded early education provider. Eligibility and how hours can be used depend on the current government rules, your child's age, and the sessions available.

Can you tell me the exact monthly cost?

Yes. Contact us with your child's age, preferred days, start date, and any funding code or expected entitlement, and we can provide current information for that pattern.

Where can I check what support I qualify for?

Use the government's Best Start in Life childcare support checker for current eligibility, application dates, and Tax-Free Childcare guidance.
